Esse volume no começo achei bem confuso, porque eu esperava que o autor continuasse falando do Ezio mas ele relata sobre Altair um dos mais importantes e extraordinários entre os Assassinos. E isso foi em 1257, muito antes de Ezio nascer.
Altair em 1191 a pedido de Al Mualim, tem que recuperar um artefato na Terra Santa. Mas com sua arrogância e prepotência, sua missão falha, prejudicando pessoas e a Irmandade.
Selecionei dois trechos que resume bem o que é o livro:
Poupado da sentença de morte. o jovem Altaïr precisa reaprender a ser um Assassino e deve enfrentar nove cruéis inimigos entre eles o Templário Robert de Sablé. para demonstrar seu compromisso com a própria redenção e a Irmandade.

São 336 páginas e para mim não é o melhor volume até agora, mas é uma leitura que depois de iniciada você vai até o fim e começa a entender vários acontecimentos religiosos.
A capa é fantástica e o preço para livro digital e físico muito bom.
